What is the V.O.I.C.E. Program?

The V.O.I.C.E. (Vision, Opportunity, Influence, Communication, and Excellence) Program is Russell University's public speaking and communication development initiative. It is designed to help individuals become confident, articulate, and influential communicators in professional, academic, and community settings. Through practical instruction and guided practice, participants strengthen their verbal and nonverbal communication skills, overcome the fear of public speaking, and learn how to communicate with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Workshops & Courses

The V.O.I.C.E. Program is offered through flexible workshops and comprehensive courses available in one-day, four-week, and eight-week formats. Participants receive training in public speaking fundamentals, presentation design and delivery, persuasive communication, storytelling, active listening, interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, leadership communication, and audience engagement. Interactive presentations, speech exercises, group discussions, and constructive feedback provide opportunities to develop practical communication skills in a supportive environment.

Expected Outcomes

Upon completing the V.O.I.C.E. Program, participants will communicate with greater confidence, professionalism, and impact. Graduates will be prepared to deliver engaging presentations, speak effectively in meetings, interviews, classrooms, and public forums, and communicate ideas with clarity and credibility.
