What is the B.O.S.S. Program?
The B.O.S.S. (Business Ownership Successful Strategies) Program is Russell University's entrepreneurship and business development initiative. It is designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs, small business owners, and future leaders transform ideas into successful ventures. Through practical instruction and real-world strategies, participants learn the fundamentals of launching, managing, and growing a business while developing the mindset, leadership, and decision-making skills needed for long-term success.
Workshops & Courses
The B.O.S.S. Program is offered through flexible workshops and comprehensive courses available in one-day, four-week, and eight-week formats. Participants explore topics such as business planning, entrepreneurship fundamentals, branding and marketing, customer service, financial management, budgeting, business registration, sales strategies, leadership, networking, and business growth. Interactive case studies, business planning exercises, and collaborative discussions provide participants with practical tools they can immediately apply to their entrepreneurial journey.
Expected Outcomes
Upon completing the B.O.S.S. Program, participants will have the knowledge and confidence to launch, manage, or expand a successful business. Graduates will understand how to develop a business plan, identify target markets, manage business finances, build a recognizable brand, and create sustainable growth strategies.
