What is the HIRE Program?

The H.I.R.E. (Helping Individuals Reach Employment) Program is Russell University's workforce development initiative designed to prepare individuals for meaningful employment and long-term career success. The program equips participants with the essential skills needed to confidently enter today's workforce, including resume development, interview preparation, workplace professionalism, communication, and career planning. H.I.R.E. bridges the gap between education and employment by providing practical, hands-on training that helps participants become competitive job candidates.

Workshops & Courses

The H.I.R.E. Program is offered through flexible workshops and comprehensive courses available in one-day, four-week, and eight-week formats. Participants engage in training focused on resume and cover letter writing, job search strategies, interview techniques, workplace communication, professional etiquette, conflict resolution, time management, teamwork, customer service, and career advancement. Interactive activities, mock interviews, and real-world employment scenarios help participants build the confidence and skills employers value most.
