Bryce Russell

Bryce Russell is an accomplished nonprofit senior administrator and workforce development professional with over 18 years of experience in human services, residential operations, and organizational development initiatives. Throughout his career, he has served in senior leadership roles including Senior Administrator of Residential Services, Director of Residential Services, Regional Director, Program Director, and Project Manager, providing strategic oversight for complex programs serving diverse populations.

Bryce has successfully led multi-site operations, managed multimillion-dollar budgets exceeding $5 million, supervised nearly 200 employees, and developed high-performing leadership teams. His expertise in fiscal management spans workforce development, organizational leadership, strategic planning, project implementation, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, staff development, and operational excellence.

He holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, an Associate of Science in Human Services, and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice.
